Recording attendance and scores, and the results approval workflow.
Daily attendance
Class teachers mark each student Present, Absent, Late, or Excused for the day. A newly-absent student triggers an SMS alert to their guardian(s) automatically.
Continuous assessment & exam scores
Subject teachers enter CA and exam scores per student against your school's assessment template. Only teachers assigned to that subject/section can record scores for it.
Gradebook & broadsheet
The gradebook shows every student's scores and letter grade across all subjects; the class broadsheet adds overall averages and class-position ranking.
Results approval & publishing
Before report cards can be downloaded, a principal must approve a section's results for the term — this locks the broadsheet as the official record. Approved results must then be published before parents can see them in the Parent Portal.
