Public admission applications

Every school gets a public application form at schoolms.ng/apply/your-school — prospective parents apply without needing an account, and you review and approve or reject applications from the Admissions screen.

Student records & ID cards

Enrolled students get an auto-generated admission number and a printable ID card with a QR code, individually or in bulk for a whole class.

Report cards

Once a term's results are approved, generate a print-ready report card PDF for any student, or a ZIP of every report card in a section — including class-teacher and principal remarks and an attendance summary.
